三文鱼菜炒饭
以前在Gold Coast 的家很靠近Fish Market。 每次都可以买到新鲜又便宜的鱼。我最喜欢买三文鱼和吞拿鱼给我2位小少爷的了。因为这是他们的最爱。回到槟城, 也炒三文鱼给老公吃。简单又营养丰富的食物,可以多煮给小孩吃。

里的菜是另外煮的。这次我聪明了。倒不如也把菜一起炒。这样只要洗一次锅就可以了。哈哈哈。。。

Today i also add salmom into rice, but i prepared Japanese style..
