芝士松糕

超爱吃芝士的我当然要试试做看蓝赛珍 (Agnes Chang)的芝士松糕。做这芝士松糕也是为了Jesper。他也很爱吃芝士。

原来松糕是那么容易做的。又简单又便宜。现在我才知道外面卖的松糕是可以赚几倍的。

材料:-

A:

- 250g 面粉
- 1 大匙发粉 (baking powder)
- ½ 小匙盐

B:

- 60g 幼糖
- 90g 车打芝士 (cheddar cheese),刨丝

C:

- 一粒蛋,打散
- 250ml 鲜奶
- 60ml 粟油 (我是用普通食油来代替)(corn oil)

装饰:-

1)将材料A 一起筛入一个搅盆里,假如材料B 搅匀
2)将材料C 放入另一大碗里,搅拌一分钟至均匀。 加入粉料,搅拌均匀即可(mixture 会有粒状物,不许搅太久)
3)用汤匙滔入一放入纸杯的松糕 模里,约 ¾ 忙,撒上芝士丝装饰
4)送入一预热的烤箱,用200˚c 烘20分钟至熟及金黄色
5)取出,趁温热享用

** 注:芝士松糕最适合作为早餐或让小孩带到学校享用,可预先烘多几个,待玩全冷却之后用塑胶带包好,放在冷格处,要吃多少个就在那出来放回烤箱用180˚c 烤10分钟,或微波炉叮热1分钟即可。
** 以上材料我共做了14粒。

  2. I only have time to do it during weekend when they are having afternoon nap.

    Nowadays I've a maid to clean my house, iron my clothes & etc. That's why I have some little time to do some baking.
