材料:-
- 1 份基本甜面包
馅料 (放入冰箱冷藏2 个小时待用):-
- 200g 软化牛油,加入
- 40g 糖粉 (icing sugar), 拌匀
抹皮用:-
- 1粒蛋,加入
- 1/8 小匙盐,打散
- 少许溶化牛油, 涂抹面包用
做法:-
1) 将面团分成每份10g 的小份,揉圆 (我是没这样子做啦!我是大概的捏相同的size)
2) 压扁,包入少许的牛油馅料,揉圆, 以1cm之距离,将面团排放在已涂上油的17.5cm / 7 寸的圆形烘盘里,至满 (我是没用17.5cm / 7 寸的圆形烘盘。 我只是用我的烤箱里的烤盘而已)
3) 盖上湿布,放置一旁待发至面团粘结在一起并膨胀至和烘盘齐高
4) 扫上蛋液,送入已预热烤箱,以180 ˚c 之火度烘约20 分钟至熟及黄金色(我只烘15 分钟就熟了)
5) 从烤箱取出面包,趁热扫上溶化牛油让表面富有光泽 (我漏了这个步骤)
6) 待冷后才从烘盘 中取出面包
我的烘盘一次只能放14 粒的牛油小面包。剩下来的基本甜面包就拿来弄芝士面包。
说真的,我没次做的面包会比较硬。到底问题出在哪里?是不是不够发呢?我看找天我要去Sim Company 找Mrs。Goh 研究研究了。
hey, since u like making breads and buns, u shld get a breadmaker.. u just put all ingredients in it, and the breadmaker will knead the dough and eveyrthing :) it even make pizza dough :) we got one... but only used it a few times.. now i wanted ot get back into it, but i think adam lost the recipe booklet that comes with the breadmaker :( choc chips bread is very yummy :D

ReplyDeleteThe bread maker here only able to bake sandwish loaf. It costs about RM600++.
Oven allows me to make cookies, cake & etc.
