手工比萨 ~ Homemade Pizza

但老公看到我买了比萨上层料时,他第一句话就是说“傻啊!买了那贵的料。都不知你的比萨能吃吗?浪费钱而已” (他会说这话是因为我所做的面包都是失败的。他对我做的面包很没信心)。我听后的反应“不能吃我自己吃”(很不爽的回答)。

还好我没丢脸。哈哈哈哈。。。 我的比萨成功。老公还大赞好吃!切了8 片。老公和我一人3片。Jesper 1 片半。Jayven 1/2 片。老公吃后还说不够。哈哈哈。。。 他还说, 如果家有party 的话,可以坐给大家吃。可是老公啊!我是没有面包团mixer 哦!我是用手搓的哦!是100% 手工的。 做多是不可能的事咯!

面团:

A:200g 面粉,
1 小匙糖
1/2 小匙盐
1 小匙yeast
1小匙orego

B:100ml 水
1 大匙橄榄油 / 粟米油

比萨上层料:
3大匙番茄膏
3 片火腿 (切丁)
1 小包 bacon (先烤70% 熟)
250g Mozzarella 芝士

* 其实你爱吃什么料就放什么料。

做法:-

1)面团:将材料A 在搅拌盆中拌匀, 慢慢倒入水及搓捏成有弹性面团,加入油继续搓揉至光滑,发至双倍大。按压及揉圆面团, 休10分钟,擀成3mm 厚的圆薄片放再已搽油的烘盘上。 用叉刺上小孔。

2)上层料:-将番茄膏涂抹圆薄片上, 均匀地散上火腿和bacon 和Mozzarella 芝士

3)送入已预热烤箱,以200 °c 之火度烤15-20 分钟至熟及金黄色

4)取出比萨, 趁热享用



我这个比萨总共花了RM 22.40。(不包人工和电费)。 以后不敢再说外面的比萨为和那么贵了。呵呵呵。。。 不过我的料会比较多啦!嘻嘻。。。

  1. yea yea.. pizza is expensive to make leh.. if u're making nice pizza.. with lotsa cheese, fetta cheese, salami etc..
    our fav pizza is our friend's recipe, three different colour stripped capsicum, white mushrooms strips, diced or sliced onions, sundried tomatoes strips, diced tomatoes, grated mozarella and tasty cheese, the topped on crumbed fetta cheese, oh and yea.. some basil leaves on top.. didn't know that vegie pizza could be that nice! oh.. the base is tomato paste.. and yea.. i left out olives topping.. but i usually pick them out, not a big fan of olives, but adam loves them... this is her original recipe, but we have added pumpkin as toppings once as well, and it was really really nice :D

    我上次有去学看人家做PIZZA,到现在,我都还没做出一个HOME MADE的PIZZA,真PAISEY。:P

    Hhmmm.. I think vegie pizza will be much more cheaper to make.

    Pumpkin as topping? This is the 1st time I heard. But too bad, Joshua & Jesper don't like pumpkin orelse I should try it.

  4. Sam, u'll be surprised at how expensive vegie pizza is... dunno about the cost of capsicums, fetta cheese and olives in m'sia, but they are quite exxy here :S
    yea.. u cut the pumkin into small pices, then roast them, then use them as toppings :)
