蜂蜜鸡翼
材料:-
- 鸡翼
- 蜜糖
- 黑酱油
煮法:-
1)先把黑酱油腌在鸡翼1小时(当然腌越久越入味)
2)然后放进烤箱以200才度烤15 分钟后,翻鸡翼放上蜜糖再烤15 分, 然后再翻鸡翼再搽上蜜糖在烤15 分钟或至熟。
16.03.09的晚餐。
