My recipe was a bit different.. just a bit la.. i cut the pork into little pieces instead of using pork mince, and i also use turnip, sesame oil, and garlic, and bit of salt. Didn't use mixed veg though.. Saw this tip on a website, make cornflour paste and use it to seal the rolls :)
attempted it myself tonight.. adam says taste authentic but don;t look authentic :P cos pastry is thick! sigh..
