猪肉卷

材料:-

- 猪肉粹
- Lobak 皮
- Mixed vege
- 黑酱油(少许。只拿来调色而已)
- 五香粉
- Corn flour少许

煮法:-

1)把mixed vege, corn flour,芹菜,黑酱油,五香粉和猪肉粹一起搅拌
2)搅拌好后就包在lobak 皮上













3)下锅炸













香喷喷的猪肉卷可以上桌啦!













大J也长大了啦!也是时候来个“帮忙下厨”的游戏了。上次给她在厨房帮忙我把切好的菜放在盘子上后,他就对这个“帮忙下厨”的游戏很有兴趣。这次就让他来帮我包猪肉卷。

    attempted it myself tonight.. adam says taste authentic but don;t look authentic :P cos pastry is thick! sigh..

    My recipe was a bit different.. just a bit la.. i cut the pork into little pieces instead of using pork mince, and i also use turnip, sesame oil, and garlic, and bit of salt. Didn't use mixed veg though..
    Saw this tip on a website, make cornflour paste and use it to seal the rolls :)
