清炒芥兰菜
芥兰菜是老爷的最爱。加了干鱼片会更加好吃。
做法:-
1)干鱼片先煎到香脆后再用手拔小片
2)清炒芥兰菜
3)加入干鱼片(1)快速的芥兰菜炒匀即可
* 芥兰菜的茎会比较硬。所以记得要把茎“皮”卸掉先。
