紫菜鸡肉卷
材料:-
- Chicken mince
- 腐皮
- Seaweed slice
腌料:-
- 盐1/2 茶匙
- 糖1/2茶匙
- 麻油1 汤匙
- 花雕酒1 汤匙
- 生粉2汤匙
做法:-
1) 鸡肉加入腌料腌制1 小时
2) 腐皮剪成和seaweed slice 一样大小张
3) 腐皮涂上一层已腌好的鸡肉, 铺上一张seaweed slice 再涂上一层的鸡肉, 卷起
4) 下锅炸至黄金色,捞起切小块
