烤芝士蚝
本来是想买12 只生蚝的。6 只拿来烤。6 只生吃。那里知道去到Seafood Market 时,那里才剩8只小生蚝而已。小生蚝生吃不那么开胃的。所以我都拿来烤与芝士。
材料:-
- 生蚝
- Mozzeralla Cheese
做法:-
1)把生蚝洗净后放上Mozzeralla Cheese 然后放进烤箱以200c 度烤20 分钟或芝士便黄金色
11.02.11的晚餐。
