番茄汁鱼片
材料:-
- 鱼片1个,切块
- 4 汤匙番茄汁
- ¼ 杯水
- ½ 粒onion, 切丝
- 蒜米
做法:-
1) 水倒进平底锅里煮沸后加入番茄汁搅拌,再加入onion 和蒜米煮滚3 分钟
2) 放入鱼片煮熟即可
13.01.11的晚餐。
