四川牛肉
材料:-
- 牛肉片
- 四川酱
- frozen mixed vegetable
- 水
- 蒜米
做法:-
1)先爆香蒜米,然后放入frozen mixed table 一起炒
2)放入四川酱将frozen mixed vegetable 炒均后放入水炒一炒后放牛肉下去卤到牛肉大概80%熟即可
22.10.10的晚餐。
